About Us
Tom Neese
Tom has a background in training horses both professionally and as an amateur for over 55 years, primarily focusing on Arabs and Saddlebreds. His expertise lies in starting young horses and providing them a solid foundation for their future training. With a deep understanding of dressage and a sensitivity to the aids, Tom educates our young horses to be light, balanced, and responsive, which is essential for producing elite Warmblood show hunters. This meticulous attention to detail builds a strong foundation that greatly enhances their overall training, especially when it comes to horse sales and their performance over fences.
Stephanie Hill
Stephanie has a lifelong background as an amateur in riding and training hunters and jumpers. After leaving her corporate career in 2022, she now dedicates her full-time efforts alongside Tom to develop Happy Dance Farm's young horses, focusing on elite Warmblood show hunters. Following Tom's intricate training on the flat, they collaborate to teach their youngsters jumping techniques and, when ready, introduce them to hunter and jumper horse shows. Our horse training prepares them for both the local circuit, 'Junior Varsity,' and the rated circuit, 'Varsity' String, where Stephanie rides and Tom trains, ultimately supporting their horse sales as well.
