Tom  and Stephanie

Tom has a background in training horses  both professionally and as an amateur for over 55+ years primarily in Arabs and Saddlebreds.  His forte is starting and giving young horses a foundation on the flat.  His knowledge of dressage and sensitivity to the aids enables him to educate our young horses to be light, balanced and responsive.  This attention to elementary detail translates into a solid foundation that enhances  our horse's training over fences. 

Stephanie has a lifelong background as an amateur  riding and training hunters and jumpers. Having left a Corporate Career in 2022 she now dedicates her time working full time with Tom to develop Happy Dance Farm's young horses. After Tom's intricate training on the flat, Stephanie and Tom work together to teach their youngsters jumping and when ready, introduce them to hunter and jumper horse shows.  Our horse show  training includes both a local circuit, "Junior Varsity" and Rated Circuit, "Varsity" String, where Stephanie rides and Tom trains.
